1.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us first by text or email. Returned items without contact will not be accepted.

2.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

3.Items returned within 15 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.

How To Take Care Of Hair?

1. Gently brush your hair: Brush the hair gently from bottom to top.

2. Wash hair regularly: Once a week, soak your wig in warm water.

3. Apply conditioner & oil: Before and after wearing your wig, consider using products like coconut oil, olive oil, and conditioner for deep conditioning.

4. Allow the hair to air-dry: Use a soft towel to gently blot excess water and then let it air-dry on a wig stand.

5. Store your wig properly: Clean your wig before storing it. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ensuring good airflow.

How To Wash Lace Wig?

1. Put shampoo and soak it in a while make sure to use warm water neither too cold or too hot then wash it gently.

2. Fold the inner lace over and then make sure you brush the hair from the bottom to top gently.

3. Wrap the hair in a towel to absorb moisture and blow dry the hair knots from the inner side before styling.

Alternatively when you don’t have time for a full wash, spray your human hair wig with water mixed with conditioner. Just like in real hair, a little bit of moisture will help curls bounce back and appear fresh. This will make your curls mimic what naturally healthy curls look like after they’ve been dampened with some water.

How to Prevent Hair From Shedding?

To prevent hair shedding, especially with wigs that have pre-bleached knots, follow these tips:

1. Brush hair gently: Make sure brush the hair from the bottom to top gently in our daily life.

2. Blow-dry before combing: Before combing wet hair, blow-dry the inner net and hair knots gently. This helps to prevent clumps from falling out.

3. Avoid pulling through lace: When adjusting the hairline during daily wear, do not pull the hair through the lace. Instead, grasp the hair on both sides of the cap's weft lines to adjust the hairline.
