So if there is anything you are not happy with before your next buy, please feel free to let us help you, we are professional and your personal service.

Here are the situations that may cause disputes:

1. Item not received:

Delivery on the way:

1>Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

2>Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery

1>If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused

2>If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

2.Return Policy

1>  For No Reason  (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), All items must be returned in its original, you must contact us for returning within 15 days of receiving, pay for returning shipping fee by yourself. Then we will refund you order amount after we receive the returning hair and confirm the hair are not use.

2> For quality problem( (Such as: Quality problem of products) or defective products (this happens when the products is incorrect, damaged by carrier or defective in another way), we will accept to return and get the full refund, maybe you need to pay for shipping fee first kindly (USPS shipping way is better), we will refund you order amount and shipping fee, after we receive the returning hair.please remember contact us first time when you return the hair.

3> Customer Refuse The Package

The customer can refuse package if  don't Want It, please remember contact us first time when you want to refuse and let us know the reason. We will refund the money to the customer when we received the package.

Note: Please remember contact us first time when you return the hair ,or send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled:and keep the hair original condition,  then we will offer you the return address. if you return the package by yourself and donot contact us.we could not guaranteed for your refund.

We don't refund if the product used, washed or damaged.

3.Refund Policy

①If the returning is due to our problems (Such as incorrect products, quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you, ensure the hair is original condition

②If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size ), pay for returning shipping fee by yourself., and you must contact us for returning within 15 days of receiving.

③Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved,your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payments within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.

④If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact us at first. If you return the items without prior contact us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.

 

4.Order Cancelling

We can help you cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1>If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, we won't charge the transaction fee.

2> If you contact us 24 hours after your purchase, and mean while your order haven't been shipped out (during holiday it may happen), then 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee

3>Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.

Kindly reminder:

If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition, items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.

The "returned in the original condition" means:

1>Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  bleached or worn.
2> Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

Should I contact you before exchanging my hair weaves?

1.Yeah, we will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. Do pay attention you are supposed to pay the shipping fee which will be deducted from your payment.
