Standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days, Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the Sunday or holidays. Usually the orders can be shipped out within 24 hours after getting the payment not including the weekends or holidays. Please plan in advanced accordingly.

Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair less than 24 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least one week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
All orders could be chosen to be shipped out according to fast and safe rule. So as for the different country, there are different warehouse and shipping way to delivery the hair.

Shipping Method

USA customers order


USA customers orders always ship out from USA warehouse by USPS(www.usps.com) , unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China warehouse by DHL(www.dhl.com),FEDEX(www.fedex.com),UPS(www.ups.com). The N.Y warehouse of USA, we offer express shipping of 2-3 working days, items ship from China warehouse usually takes 3-5 working days.

Non-USA Customers Orders

1.Europe/Canada/UK:Usually the orders will be shipped from our warehouses in China by DHL/TNT,It takes 4-6 working days arrive free shipping.

2.Africa:SA Customers order can be shipped out from China warehouse by DHL,or Dpex. Choose DHL need to be charged USD 15 shipping fee, while no charge more shipping fee for the dpex. The customer will get the hair within 7-10 working days no matter which shipping way.

3.Other Remote: The logistics company needs to charge the corresponding shipping cost, according to the weight of the order.

About Custom Fees

the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Please Notes:

1.One day in a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.

2.Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.

3.Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure that you leave correct shipping address and telephone number when place order.

Note: Choose the PayPal payment, you can choose your country currency, we accept all the currency.

Payment Of Credit Card:

1. You click MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, American Express, Discover payment directly, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, then choose the payment method again, and fill in your card information to complete the payment.

2. You click the PayPal&Credit, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, the one is PayPal payment, the other one is Pay with Debit or Credit Card payment. Choose one to complete the payment.

Note: Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.

Pay Attention:

Please don’t use “e-check” payment, this payment states is “uncleared”, this shows we don’t receive your payment now, we can’t arrange the shipment for you.

We will wait the states change to “cleared”, we receive the payment, we will arrange the payment, usually, this takes 4-5 days.

We will check our PayPal account, when we confirm to receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.
