1.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us first by text or email. Returned items without contact will not be accepted.
2.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
3.Items returned within 15 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. How To Take Care Of Hair?

How To Wash Lace Wig?
1. Put shampoo and soak it in a while make sure to use warm water neither too cold or too hot then wash it gently.
2. Fold the inner lace over and then make sure you brush the hair from the bottom to top gently.
3. Wrap the hair in a towel to absorb moisture and blow dry the hair knots from the inner side before styling.
Alternatively when you don’t have time for a full wash, spray your human hair wig with water mixed with conditioner.
